Director Message

We live in a very fast-paced world. One has to be the fittest to survive. As a Mo’min our vision is to be the fittest and smartest in the world. A Mo’min has to have strong Iman and Islamic knowledge with a firm grip on worldly education and leadership skills like honesty, respect, integrity, helping others, using resources wisely, etc.

We need to channelize the energies of our youth towards positive activities and make them productive citizens of the global community AFAQ Leaders Club was founded 5 years ago to inculcate this vision and character in our youth. Alhamdulillah, we have been successful in organizing many activities for youth across Pakistan, which include leadership Development camps, various competitions, and character-building activities.

I congratulate the ALC team on their achievements and advise them to get ready for new challenges that are waiting for you. We have more than 30 million youth in Pakistan, who can be assets if developed well and can be a threat if left alone. We welcome all organizations, who share our vision, to come forward and support AFAQ for leadership development of our next generation.

CEO Message

AFAQ Leaders’ Club was establish in 2009 with a view to bring about a positive change in Pakistani youth through character building .AFAQ leader’s Club gives all of us an opportunity to honor young leaders who make up this great organization. Self-development and service to others, independence and good citizenship, a sense of brotherhood and responsiveness to spiritual values–these qualities which AFAQ Leader’s Club fosters mean much to me and our society. To all youth of AFAQ leader’s Club, I extend congratulations on what they are achieving and on what they promise for our nation’s future.

As a brotherhood, AFAQ Leader’s Club is unique. It is based on the principles of loving and serving Allah, of human dignity and the rights of individuals, and of recognizing the obligation of members to develop and use their potential. It is a movement dedicated to bringing out the best in people. The Cub doesn’t emphasize winning as an end result, but rather the far more demanding task of doing one’s best.

When AFAQ Leader’s Club can help nurture courage and kindness and allow boys to play, to laugh, to develop their imaginations, and to express their feelings, then we will have helped them grow. We want boys to become useful and stable individuals who are aware of their own potential. Helping a boy to learn the value of his own worth is the greatest gift we can give him.
